du 11 au 21 août 2013, un drupchen de Vajrakilaya se tiendra au centre bouddhiste Yéshé Khorlo Péma Yang Dzong (39130 Blye), sous l’égide de Son Éminence Gangtèng Tulkou Rimpoché (Kunzang Rigdzin Péma Namguial). L’initiation de Vajrakilaya aura lieu le dimanche 11 août et la pratique du drupchen se déroulera du 12 au 21 août inclus.

Un évènement sacré !
Rimpoché viendra accompagné pour l’occasion de dix moines du monastère de Gangtèng Gompa, au Bhoutan, qui exécuteront quotidiennement les danses sacrées rituelles dans la tradition de Pèma Lingpa. C’est un événement sans précédent pour notre centre, une pluie de bénédictions.
Un drupchen, littéralement “grande assemblée“ ou “grand accomplissement “, est une pratique collective continue d’une sādhana et d’un mantra. Il s’ouvre avec l’initiation de la déité qui sera pratiquée durant les neuf jours, et les participants se relaient ensuite jour et nuit pendant toute la durée du drupchen. C’est une pratique extrêmement puissante, “à ce point précieuse qu’il est difficile de trouver les mots pour la décrire”, dit Rimpoché, porteuse de grandes bénédictions et dissipatrices d’obstacles, sur le plan personnel et sur le plan global.
Voici un bref extrait d’une allocution de Gangtèng Tulkou Rimpoché au sujet des drupchen :
“D’un point de vue collectif, un Drupchen génère réellement une croissance à différents niveaux : il accroît la force personnelle (wang’tang), la chance ou la fortune, littéralement le “cheval de vent” (lung’ta), de sorte que l’on parvient plus facilement à influencer les circonstances adverses. Nous pouvons également accroître notre vitalité, notre santé, notre richesse et notre renommée [...] Lorsque les conditions auspicieuses sont remplies, nous sommes réellement dans la position chanceuse de faire l’expérience des bénédictions du corps, de la parole et de l’esprit du Yidam et de son entourage. Un Drupchen est à ce point précieux qu’il est difficile de trouver des mots pour le décrire.”

Vajrakilaya
Vajrakilaya, ou Dorjé P’ourba en tibétain, “la Dague adamantine”, est l’une des principales déités des tantras anciens. C’est le yidam qui personnifie l’activité éveillée de tous les bouddhas et dont la pratique est considérée comme la plus puissante pour dissiper tous les obstacles spirituels sur la voie de l’Éveil et réaliser promptement les accomplissements ordinaires et suprême, détruire les forces hostiles à la compassion et purifier la pollution spirituelle si répandue à notre époque. Vajrakilaya est l’une des huit déités Kagyé.

We would like to announce a wonderful event planned for next summer: a Vajrakilaya Drupchen will take place from August 11th to 21th, 2013, at the buddhist center Yeshe Khorlo Pema Yang Dzong (in Blye, 39130, France), under the guidance of His Eminence Gangteng Tulku Rimpoche (Kunzang Rigdzin Pema Namguial). The Vajrakilaya empowerment will take place on August 11, followed by the practice of drupchen from 12th to 21th included.

For this occasion, Rimpoche will come with 10 monks of Gangteng Gompa, his monastery in Bhutan, who will be performing the ritual dances in the Pema Lingpa tradition during the practice. This is an unprecedented event in our center, a rain of blessings!
A Drupchen, literally “Great Assembly” or “Great Accomplishment”, is a continuous collective practice of a sādhana and a mantra. It starts with the empowerment of the deity that the participants will be practicing for 9 days, taking turns day and night. It’s an extremely powerful practice, “so precious that one can hardly find the words to describe it”, Rimpoche says, which carries great blessings and dispel obstacles on the personal and the global levels.
In the first issue of the newsletter, we will send you an explanation given by Ganteng Tulku Rimpoche about a Drupchen. Here is an excerpt:
“If you look at it from a collective point of view a Drupchen really creates growth on different levels – it increases your personal strength [wang'tang], your fortune, literally your ‘windhorse’ [lung'ta], so that you gain influence on adverse circumstances more easily. We can also enhance our vitality, our health, wealth and fame [...] When the auspicious conditions meet, we really are in the lucky position to experience the blessing of body, speech and mind of the Yidam and his retinue. A Drupchen is such a precious thing that it can hardly be put in words.”

Vajrakilaya
Vajrakilaya, or Dorje Ph’urba in Tibetan, “The Adamantine Dagger”, is one of the main deities in the ancient tantras. He is the yidam deity who embodies the enlightened activity of all the buddhas and whose practice is famous for being the most powerful for removing obstacles and swiftly realizing the ordinary and supreme accomplishments, destroying the forces hostile to compassion and purifying the spiritual pollution so prevalent in this age. Vajrakilaya is one of the eight deities of Kagyé.
